" One week Trip to Florida and 2 week Southern Caribbean, Holland America Cruise
Thank you so much for your excellent service on this complicated trip itinerary. We changed dates, we added people, different return dates for different people etc and you handled it all so well. This was a very important trip for us including a wedding in Florida and a honeymoon cruise. Our flights went without a single hitch. All five us sat in the same row on the way down! How did you do that?!!
The rental car was a great deal, we ended up with a new Cadillac for a whole week at a bargain price. The cruise was perfect for us. The itinerary was perfect relaxing when we wanted it to be ( at the beginning) and exciting for the rest. It was amazing to travel to so many beautiful spots. Your advice about a variety of issues related to cruising was "bang on". There were no surprises. Everything was pretty much how you said it would be. On board we were treated like VIP's because you told them we were on our honeymoon, the highlight of which was being invited to a special cocktail party with the captain. The room you picked for us was perfect. I loved being at the water level. We didn't have much movement and the room was very spacious!! The cruise service was fabulous, and we will cherish those memories forever.
I loved every island! We used " Caribbean by Cruise Ship By Anne Vipond, which I would also recommend for anybody travelling on a cruise. It gave costs for private tours and told us what to expect and what not to miss on each island. We consequently saved a lot of money and made the most of each port,because of your advice in addition to this book. .
You asked about some of the islands. all were gorgeous. I loved Bonaire. It had great diving and snorkelling and was beautiful and clean. St Lucia had the most amazing scenery, so diverse!! Barbados was lovely with gorgeous beaches and I felt very comfortable with the obvious British influence. Tortola was lovely and we were glad we took the ship organized tour to "The Baths" at Virgin Gorda.I don't think we could have got it all together to take the ferry their on our own. San Juan was gorgeous and you can walk easily around the old city and with our tour book as a guide we saved money without taking an organized tour. The Fort at El Morro was breathtaking. I felt a little uneasy on Guadeloupe just because it looks very rough but the beach at St Anne was probably the most beautiful I have ever seen! We did use the public bus system and saved a lot of cash! We liked the scenery on Isle del la Marguerita, Venezuela. That is a great island for shopping, but again with the military at most busy intersections we felt good that we had booked a private licensed tour. Aruba was gorgeous and like Bonaire very clean and also quite diverse. We rented a four wheel drive there. We suggest getting a better map than the rental car companies provide. We were able to see the natural bridge, the natural pool, the caves, the dunes and Baby beach for awesome snorkelling all in 6 hours!!

"Dear Elaine,
Starting from day one, We got to balitine pear, they took our bags (no tipping) we didn't see them again until they arrived out side our state room.We were given a # and in a short while went through security ,check in and customs. No long lines. The Ship was fully booked, no upgrades.On board everything was excellent , a choice of 5 eating places, open dining I think it was called. We ran into some heavy swells across the straights and some fog on rough. The weather was clear when we got to the Glacier, Beautiful. Skagway shopping was good as it was the end of the season sales 50 to 70 % off. The meals were excellent, as were the staff. All in all an excellent trip NO COMPLAINTS. I even excepted the compulsory Tipping. The same applied with the bags on returning, carts available threw customs out to the car. I'll be calling you again for my next trip!"

Dad and I had a wonderful time in Cuba! I would got to Cuba over anywhere in Mexico for sure! I thought it was very clean, the people were way more approachable and all around was just more enjoyable than Mexico by far! The hotel was nice, they were still building on so there was quite a bit of construction still in place! Dad and I think that if we we went back that we would definitely stay somewhere closer to town. If not in town itself. But things went well overall! Thank you for taking care of everything, and I hope that we can continue to book with you in the future!

Just returned from the Vegas jaunt and wanted to report in. Must say we were very impressed with Bellagio (let me know when that one comes up again. Also wanted to mentioned West Jet was very accommodating and we ended up with bulkheads which was great for Bills leg. It was especially nice that Signature looked after the luggage from the min. we booked in at the airport. Can't remember which tour group we were on last time you put us at the Venetian but the bags were a hassle since I usually have to hand them all. So once again we were very impressed. "PS Never did give you my report re: the last Mexican trip taken with the girls. Before I throw out the brochure just wanted to put in my input for further bookings you may do for other clients. The Bravo Club El Mandarin Resort was listed as being 4 star. Well I would give it three. The rooms were clean and moderately decorated. The plumbing worked occasionally and we took mostly cold showers. There wasn't enough beach chairs etc. for the guests but I must say after the first week they realized the problem and brought in more to accommodate. The beach front was quite weedy compared to the Bahi Principe up the coast (which was a far better property) and not once did we see shrimp in the two weeks that we were there. In the two other rest. on the property the menu did not change. Also to get to the nicer beach front we had to shuttle to the alternative beach offer which wasn't real convenient. While there I did venture into the Porto Real which was offered at a similar price and noticed it had a lot more to offer than the Mandarin (closer to town for the younger at heart as the Mandarin was quite distant. Don't get me wrong the girls and I had a great holiday but I just wanted to let you know my opinion since it is your business.

"We had a great time on our Insight "European Spotlight" tour. We visited Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria, Northern Italy, Switzerland and France. The highlights were seeing Hitler's Retreat, "The Eagle's Nest" in Austria and Mt. Pilatus via cable car and cog-wheel train in Switzerland. There were so many other wonderful places, it is hard to choose which we enjoyed most. We took all the side trips which made for a very busy and tiring time. However, we saw and did things we would never have done on our own. We have memories to draw on for many years to come. This is our second trip with Insight and we look forward to taking another trip in the future with this company."

My mom and I traveled to Mazatlan back in October and I forgot to call you back! Anyway we had the most incredible time! The Oceano Palace was under reno's when we got there, we were a bit worried, but it all got figured out in the end. The staff at the Luna Palace were a dream!!! Awesome Awesome staff. The only thing Mom and I have to complain about was the food! It was so bad that we had to live on bread and some fruit was all we could handle. We both missed and entire day from having to stay in bed for a day. Anyway other than the food, we want to go back!!!!!!! Thanks for everything. Great Trip.

"Our trip in March 2001 to the Cook Islands was fabulous! We booked Rarotonga for 12 nights on Canada 3000 and stayed at the Rarotongan Beach Resort which proved to be good value. We booked 2 nights to Aitutaki which is a 1 hour flight north of Raro and was so peaceful and the lagoons magnificent. There, we booked a day lagoon tour with one of the locals and we visited smaller uninhabited islands such as, Barefoot Island, Honeymoon Island. We had a beach BBQ, we snorkeled in clear waters with so many different tropical fish we'll remember it forever. Raro is very laid back, except on Friday nights, this is the day everyone goes out for a night on the town. Our resort organized an "Island Pub Crawl" for everyone staying at our resort, we were all piled into the bus and drank in every establishment possible on the island. We met our fellow tourists from NZ, Aus, Germany, and many Canadians. Throughout our "crawl" we met up with the locals who definitely know how to have fun! The night was complete with a late night snack at 3am at the local burger joint! The Cook Islanders are very gracious and friendly people, the islands are very clean and since they use the New Zealand $, we Canadians finally got a break! :0). The prices were very reasonable at the many local restaurants, Australian wines inexpensive, and the food and variety were well above average. I would definitely recommend this destination to anyone looking for somewhere different! Thank you Elaine for booking us to this beautiful destination, we have traveled the globe extensively, and this is the first time Darren and I have said, We are definately going back!".

It's a wonderful resort, great food, fun & hilarious entertainment and my first (but not last) time to any where in Mexico. Weather was perfect ... few cloudy days but I managed to come home with a great tan. 1 week was definitely too short so stay tune as we are planning another trip sometime at the end of the year for 2 weeks. I know that Ken (the world's greatest wedding planner) thinks the world of you and your service and he has no hesitation to recommend you to his friends (nor I). Very good service and great food. Workers were so nice and room was great!
Freestyle cruising is a great way to go. Eat when you like and where you like!
The entertainment was very good quality. There were two shows a night.
Good comedians too! The Cruise Director (is that what you call Events
person?) was great too! She was really outgoing and upbeat. We can't say
enough good things about the staff. We were treated like royalty.

"Our Cruise [RCCL] down the Mexican Riviera was fabulous. That boat really
rocked: it was hot, hot, hot. There was so much to do, it was difficult
choosing at times. We enjoyed the port stops and we picked up some opals
in Mazatlan. They have a variety of gem stones, I treated myself a few

We had a great time in Europe. We loved Holland. Al's favorite place was the Open Air Museum
which takes a whole day to see. It was fascinating to look at the history of Holland. My favorite place was Kerkenhoff. Unbelievable. It was like 100 Buthcart Gardens. There are no words to describe the beauty.
Russia, St Petersburg - was another story. There is no English spoken there so one could become quite lost. But, we
saw a lot of palaces & churches. Their history is quite different & I would not compare the 2 countries. Russia has a different beauty.
We enjoyed ourselves there. The flights were wonderful. British Airways sure knows how to treat their passengers.
Our holidays were great. We enjoyed the people & the places that we saw. We were truly blessed to have traveled to Europe to see Holland & Russia.

Yes, I had a terrific time. Cubans are very nice and friendly. Cuba appears to be a beautiful Country. You will have to
arrange more trips there every year until I have seen all of it. The "resort/tourist" thing was nice, but next time, I want
to travel by my own. My idea is to go to Havana next time, for 3 or 4 days to have a good chance to see the city properly,
as it appears to be very beautiful, then rent a car and travel the Western part of the Island. We will talk about it early next
year, but keep it in the back of your mind.
Everything was fantastic. My resort was perfect, TRYP Peninsula.

please. Varadero is lovely. The beaches are like white powder, the ocean
